You can 1-click install PHP Imagick through the PHP tab. When you visit your server you'll see a PHP tab on the left, if you don't, you do not have PHP installed.
Go to that tab and locate the "Manage extensions" button:
In the modal that opens up, check the Imagick checkbox and press "Start installation", Ploi will now start installing Imagick for you.
