Customer technical support
In the Netherlands, flexible working hours, remote
- You have a decent common knowledge about Linux, servers & website management
- Social team player
- You are an innovative and independent troubleshooter
- Capable to join occasional meetings
- Experience with customer relations (SaaS preferred)
- Excellent written and speaking communication skills in English
- Remote work allowed
- Flexible (around 8~ hours in total per month)
- Salary expectation
- $150,- monthly fixed with potential to grow depending on support requests and hours worked. A free Unlimited Ploi subscription is included as well.
- Do you have experience of hosting scene and/or administrating your own Linux servers? To help us support our growing user base, being part of international 24/7 technical support team and will first and foremost be the initial contact with our users in their technical inquiries.
- We expect you to work regular office hours with the occasional weekend support shift, which will count towards your total working hours.
- As technical support you'll be providing our customers information to help solve their problems. This will be either done through; support platform, discord or live-chat.
