  • You have a decent common knowledge about Linux, servers & website management
  • Social team player
  • You are an innovative and independent troubleshooter
  • Capable to join occasional meetings
  • Experience with customer relations (SaaS preferred)
  • Excellent written and speaking communication skills in English

Salary expectation
$150,- monthly fixed with potential to grow depending on support requests and hours worked. A free Unlimited Ploi subscription is included as well.
Do you have experience of hosting scene and/or administrating your own Linux servers? To help us support our growing user base, being part of international 24/7 technical support team and will first and foremost be the initial contact with our users in their technical inquiries.
We expect you to work regular office hours with the occasional weekend support shift, which will count towards your total working hours.
As technical support you'll be providing our customers information to help solve their problems. This will be either done through; support platform, discord or live-chat.
