Whenever you use a file input type, it will be limited to whatever is set in your PHP and Nginx config on what the max upload sizes are. You can change these value easily inside Ploi's control panel. Just go to your server, click the "PHP" tab and search for the "Max PHP upload filesize" block. You can change the value here.
