Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Access Your Profile Settings:

- To begin, log in to your Ploi account via the mobile app.

- Navigate to your profile by clicking "Profile" in the sidemenu.

- In the tabbar at the bottom, select “Settings.”

2. Navigate to Account Deletion:

- Within the Settings page, locate a section or tab named “Account” or similar.

- Scroll down to find the option for account deletion.

3. Request Account Deletion:

- Click on the “Delete Account” button or link.

- You may be prompted to confirm that you understand the consequences of account deletion. Read the information carefully.

4. Confirm Deletion via Email:

- After requesting account deletion, Ploi will send a confirmation email to the email address associated with your account.

- Open the email from Ploi and click on the confirmation link to proceed with the deletion. This step is crucial for security purposes and to prevent accidental deletions.

5. Account Deletion Process:

- Once you confirm via the email link, your account will be scheduled for deletion.

- Ploi will permanently delete your account and all associated data.

Important Considerations

- Data Backup: Ensure that you have backed up any necessary data or information from your Ploi account before deletion, as this process is irreversible.
