There might come a time that you're switching phones and forgot to move over the authenticator app. This will result in you being locked out of your account.

In this case, there are 2 things you can do.

  1. When you enabled 2FA, Ploi gave back backup tokens, if you saved these tokens, you can use each of these tokens once to get access again. After you've gotten access, make sure to disable and enable 2FA again to make it work with your authenticator app again.
  2. If you don't have these tokens anymore, get in touch with [email protected] from the email address that has been used for your Ploi account. We will then verify, and disable 2FA for your account.
