By default, the access log in NGINX is disabled if you install a new site on your server. Luckily, enabling the access log is rather easy.

Head over to your site and the Manage tab, there you'll see an Edit NGINX configuration button, press this.

Next scroll until you see the line:

access_log off;

Change that line to:

access_log /home/ploi/my-domain.com-access.log;

Obviously, you may also change this location to your liking, just be sure to check up on your disk space regularly because access log can fill up your disk space quite quickly.
