To be able to clone and pull from repositories that are inside an organization you will have to allow the Ploi Github application access to that organization.
Head over to Github Applications and press "Ploi", at the bottom you will see a list for all the organizations you are linked with. Next to the name there is a "Grant" button which you will have to press to allow access.
