# Ploi Core is now free ✌️

After our last newsletter in May with the IPv6 update it is now time to publish another big one!

[Ploi Core](https://ploi-core.io) is now completely free, no purchase fee anymore. You will still need the Ploi Unlimited (<https://ploi.io/pricing>) subscription, but other than that you can now download this software for free at <https://github.com/ploi/ploi-core>

This change now makes it possible for others to contribute and make it an even better product 🔥

If you made a purchase, or a renewal in the last 2 months, please get in touch with us in on the support platform, you will be eligible for a refund 😎

Other than that, there’s a huge update list again with some significant changes, like a new server installation screen, new server type, hostname support and many, many more.

If you have any suggestions or feature requests be sure to submit them on our roadmap: <https://roadmap.ploi.io> 🥰
